so i guess i should start doing this (todays food)
breakfast:
cheerios with half a banana and almond milk
lunch:
half an egg salad sandwhich and some tortilla chips
dinner:
vegetarian chilli with cornbread
dessert/snack:
peanut butter banana smoothie
and as far as exercise 1 hour basketball practice and i plan on doing some
ab stuff
so yeahhh i know this post just blew your mind xoxo
